Hey lovelies!

I've joined a wonderful theatre company, The Group Repertory Theatre, and we've got some great shows and events currently running and coming up! It would be terrific to see you at one or more of these.

Uta Hagen said that "the theatre should contribute to the spiritual life of a nation," and I truly believe that it does. But unless we contribute to the theatre, more and more venues will end up closing their doors, just as the Pasadena Playhouse did earlier this month - and that would be tragic.

I have to admit I really am a true GenX-er. I'm so excited that we are having Billy Vera on our special Valentine's Day show this Sat Feb 13th, that I went back to find the Family Ties episode that had his song "At This Moment". It's a two part episode where Alex falls for Ellen and when I watched it I smiled and felt like a kid again. It all came rushing back and I even remember the crush I had on Ellen at the time.
